Hiring? Tell us who you are looking for.

We read employers’ own careers pages every day — the job boards themselves, not a jobs aggregator’s copy of them. That gives us an unusually plain view of who is actually hiring in a market, what they are paying where they say so, and how long roles stay open.

It also means we are looking at your competitors’ hiring while we look at everyone else’s. If you tell us what you need, we can start from that picture rather than from a database of CVs.

What we will not do: send you people who have not agreed to be sent. Everybody in Job Finder is here to find themselves a job, and nobody has consented to being shown to an employer. If we ever introduce you to somebody, it will be because we asked them about your role and they said yes.

There is no job posting here and there will not be. Tell us what you are hiring for and a person will reply — including with what it would cost, which depends on the search.
